The Motivation Behind improov
After more than 11 years in the real estate industry — five of them as a top-performing agent and later as a team lead and VP of Operations — I saw the same problems appear again and again. It didn’t matter if we were talking about new agents, average performers, or top producers. The pattern was clear:
